an open stairway. 
Kitchen, powder room, Living and eating area, Master bedroom, master  
bathroom and lanai below. Living, dining,kitchen and bath areas with  
tiles. Sleeping area with wood laminate.  
2.bedroom, Den (or additionally bedroom)with wood laminate and bath with tiles are upstairs. 
Lakefront and south exposure, glas enclosure on lanai and  
Stormshutters on all windows. Additional small patio outside with BBQ-Gas-Grill. 
Large color cable TV, Hifi stereo Radio with triple set CD, DVD and  
VCR in livingarea, second TV in Den. 
Each room has a ceiling fan. 4 telefones with answering machine. 
18 holes golf course (par 3), 8 Har-Tru lighted Tenniscourts with 13  
small lakes in this community. Volley Ball, Bocce ball court,
