local LA interior/ production designer for film & television who has
created a one-of-a-kind vacation rental. All the rooms exude the peace
and tranquility of a French country resort. You know you’re going
somewhere special as you enter the bamboo fenced yard that surrounds
The Breeze Cottage. You enter to find a luscious front yard with 4
person Jacuzzi, a hand crafted grass and teak hut where you can lounge
away the afternoons in the shade, a large deck with two wicker club
chairs where you can relax in the sun, and a bistro table for outdoor
dining. There’s even an outdoor shower to wash the sand off your feet
when you come home from the beach.

Peak Season & Holidays: your stay during peak season averages 421- $450 per night- please call for exact quotes for alternative rental periods 
Off Season: your stay during off season averages $300.00- $350night per night

Refundable security deposit: $1000
Cleaning fee: $200. Mid-Stay Cleaning Fee: $100 (kitchen, bath, floor
every 7th day).
Fresh Linens & Towels: $15/person/week (changed every 7th day).
