another 50+” PLASMA TV. Within your master suite is the spacious and

even larger RAIN SHOWER, your own personal SAUNA, and a walk-in

three-minute walk to a life guarded swimming and surfing beach. The
location of this property is perfect. The Village at Carlsbad is only
one mile from the property, which offers terrific dining and
nightlife and of course Starbucks.

Many local attractions are within a short drive from this property;
LEGOLAND is approximately 10 minutes away. The DEL MAR RACE TRACK is
only about 20 minutes. The WILD ANIMAL PARK, SEAWORLD, The SAN DIEGO
