Vacation Rental Description

Are you looking for a relaxing vacation with some adventure? A place 
that is affordable, clean and close to all of the excitement. 
Kahaluu Beach Holmes is a beautiful, newly built vacation rental 
property offering fantastic views of the ocean.

Did we mention we're located on The Big Island just 300 feet from 
the Beach? Kahaluu is one of the best snorkeling spots on the Big 
Island. Fed by a fresh water spring, up to 10 million gallons per 
day. These waters are almost always calm, with colorful corals, rock 
formations, and 100+ species of fish. Swim with huge schools of 
colorful fish and green sea turtles in these protected waters; don't 
forget your underwater camera!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Kahaluu Beach Holmes located a few hundred feet from the popular 
Kahaluu Beach Park. This quality, immaculate property offers two 
full units with 1500 sq ft of living space each. Both units have 2 
bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full complete kitchens, a dining area, living 
room, and large private lanais with oustanding ocean views!

Each of the spacious kitchens has a refrigerator, microwave, range, 
and is complete with utensils, cookware, dishes, and glassware. The 
large living rooms are furnished with a sofa bed (the 2nd Floor Unit 
has 2 sofa beds), sitting chairs, and cable TV. For your 
entertainment a VCR, DVD player, and high speed wireless internet 
access are also provided. Each unit has a large, tiled, lanai with 
attractive copper railings. This is the favorite place for all to 
relax and enjoy the ocean views and sounds.

The Top Floor Units sleeps 2 - 6 people and the 2nd Floor Unit 
sleeps 2 - 8 people.

Linens, bath & beach towels are provided, there is a variety of 
snorkeling gear and beach mats for your use, and the facility has a 
washer and dryer on site for your convenience.

Vacation Rental Rates

Kahaluu Beach Holmes rental rates are based on the number in your 
party as well as your Unit choice.  Rates start at $100 per night 
for 2 people in the 2nd Floor Unit. In addition to the Unit rental 
fee there are Hawaii Taxes, a $150 per unit Cleaning Fee, and a $300 
refundable Security Deposit required for each unit.
