There are two floors available, each their own private unit:

                The Top Floor -  One king bedroom, one queen size bedrooms, 2
baths, large living room with 1 sofa sleeper, dining area, kitchen, and large
tiled lanai with spectacular view.

               The 2nd Floor  - Two queen size bedrooms, 2
baths, large living room with 1 quality queen Murphy bed,  1 sofa sleepers, dining area, kitchen, and large tiled lanai with great view.

Kahaluu Beach Holmes is a top quality home that is very
clean and the furnishings are lovely. Each of these units has approximately
2200 sq feet of living space. We have WIFI, cable TV, great parking, laundry,
and a variety of snorkel gear available for our guests use.

We are located 300 feet (an easy walk down the driveway) from
Kahaluu Beach, considered the best snorkeling beach on the Big Island. Fed by
fresh water springs, up to 10 million gallons per day. These waters are mostly
calm, with colorful corals, rock formations, and 100+ species of fish. Swim
with many colorful fish and green sea turtles in these protected waters; don't
forget your underwater camera!

The north end of the beach is where the waves break and is
best for body boarding and surfing. Kahaluu Beach is very popular because of
the calm, protected waters - perfect for families and also referred to as “The
Children’s Beach”.  Shady trees surround this
beautiful sandy park. Facilities include pavilions, rest rooms, showers, and a
lifeguard tower. Concession stands, surf school and beach rental gear stores
are located nearby.

You can rent this home with confidence knowing that the owner
lives onsite and there is a local host who lives nearby.  Someone is always available should you have questions or a problem with the home during your stay.
