Immaculate 2,000 sq. ft. waterfront home. It's direct lakefront, offers you some breath taking sun rises and a beautiful, panoramic view of Moon Lake.

A spacious dining room accomodate 8 at the dining table. For your convenience the desk is where you will find the high speed internet connection. Books and maps are available for day trips.
Four bedrooms (2 Queen beds, 4 twin beds) Two bedrooms (1 queen bedroom, two twin bed bedroom) are separted by a full bath on each side of the home divided by the dinning room. What a great floor plan! Great for couples, adults, families.
Laundry room (washer and dryer) is located in the garage with the third bath having a walk in shower.
The front of the home faces the water. Ouiet dead end street. There is a one car garage and a two car carport. Three steps to home entry. Plenty of parking.
Welcome to Florida! Forget the hassle. Don't panic. We will be there to pick you up. Limited to Tampa Int'l or Clearwater / St. Pete Airport. Car and Home rental must be made prior to arrival.
FYI: This is a smoke free pet free home. (smoking permitted outdoors, please). Always check with owner for rental availibilty.

Off Season 2009: May - November $600 - $700 per week. $2,200 per month.

Winter 2010: $750 - $850 per week. - $2,950 per month. Minimum
stay: 2 weeks for Jan., Feb. and March.
Reservations:
50% of total rent and a signed contract will reserve the home for the your desired time. The balance 50% of the total rent and the refundable security deposit would be due 30 days prior to check in. Please view calandar for availabilty.
Refundable Security Deposit:
1-2 weeks $250, 3-4 weeks $500
