Vacation Rental Description

Vacation in our Tropical Paradise -- Inspired by the tropical 
landscape of the Florida Keys and only minutes away from evening 
attractions, this breathtaking resort combines Mediterranean 
elegance with Florida charm. This 2 bedroom 2 bath fully 
equipped stilt home offers luxury living and unspoiled panoramic 
views from the walk around porch. The master suite offers a king 
size bed and a jacuzzi tub.  With a Queen size bed in the second 
bedroom and a Queen size sleeper sofa in the living room, six can 
sleep comfortably.  Flat panel TVs with dvd players are provided in 
each bedroom, with a 42" plasma TV in the living room.  
Manatees, tarpon, mangrove snappers, and other native fish species 
swim the waters off our dock.

Vacation Rental Rates

Jan 1 to August 31: $2,600 per week.  $8,300 per month.
Sep 1 to December 31 $1500 per week. $4,500 per month.
(Labor Day week, Thanksgiving week and Christmas/New Years week are 
the same rate as Jan 1 to August 31)
There is a 4% discount if paying by cash or check
Cleaning Fee $200. Security Deposit $1000.
Rates are subject to 7.5% Florida Sales Tax and 4% Monroe County Tax.
