Vacation Rental Description

Why be crowded?  Why have people sleep on the couch or mattresses on 
the floor?  This rare 1500 square foot newly remodeled 3 bedroom 2 
bath condominium sleeps 6 comfortably (8 with the couch).  It is 
decorated in SW contemporary style to assure minimum upkeep and 
allows mom to have a vacation too.  With saltillo tile throughout 
kiddy spills or puppy puddles aren't a worry but rather a quick mop 
up.  

The unit is on a single level and while it isn't 100% wheelchair 
accessible (small step into the unit and one step inside) these 
obstacles can be overcome with small ramps.  Unfortunately we have 
not finished the remodel to make our bathrooms accessible so you 
will 
need assistance with a transfer to the tub and toilet.  

The split floor plan gives mom and dad some privacy for romance.  
However, baby is never far away with the intercom system wired 
throughout the condo.  

Master bedroom has a queen bed (select comfort mattress) and sitting 
area complete with a computer, tv and vcr.  There is a lovely patio 
where you can enjoy a private morning coffee right off the master 
bedroom. The second bedroom also has a queen bed (standard mattress) 
mirrored ballet wall/exercise bar and a second computer.  3rd 
bedroom 
has trundle beds, walls are lined with book shelves and a piano.  
The 
couch in the living room pulls out and sleeps 2 more. All 3 bedrooms 
have walk in closets.

Other amenities include a large second private patio off the living 
room with table and chairs for 4.  Our kitchen has virtually every 
small electric appliance. We have a large library of DVD 
and vhs movies to relax and enjoy after a busy day as well as a 
large 
selection of classical music CDs.

Dogs are welcome but due to allergy problems we must request that 
you 
leave Miss kitty at home.  

  

Vacation Rental Amenities

 resort amenities including 3 heated pools/jacuzzi (one less than 50 
feet from the front door), tennis courts, basketball 1/2 court, 
hiking and mountain biking in 40,000 acre north mountain park across 
the street.  There is a discount at the resort golf course (LPGA 
tournament event here every spring) and restaurants (Pointe in 
Time).  

Activities and Attractions

Located an easy drive from Sedona, Tucson, Grand Canyon, Karchner 
Caverns, and most of Arizona's tourist attractions this is a great 
base camp for day trips.  

The community has 2 tennis courts, a 1/2 court basketball court, 3 
heated pools with jacuzzis.  

There are multiple access points (within 1-3 blocks) to North 
Mountain Park Reserve - a 40,000 acre desert wilderness area within 
Phoenix city limits.  You can mountain bike or just leisurely hike 
the reserve.  

We have privileges at the Pointe Tapatio Golf course and a discount 
is available (10% off fees).  

Vacation Rental Rates

$1000 or 700 euro/week - April 22 to November 13th.  
$1250 or 875 euro/week - November 14th to January 3.
$1500 or 1050 euro/week - January 4 to April 22. 

Discount for multiple weeks.  Mastercard/Visa accepted thru pay 
pal.
