Vacation Rental Description

This beautifully decorated three bedroom courtyard villa w/ stucco 
exterior is only two years young, has two full baths, an open 
kitchen floor plan, and a large private covered/screened furnished 
lanai with patio and grill.  Kitchen has maple cabinetry with a 
breakfast island, refrigerator/ice maker, gas stove, dishwasher, 
microwave, local telephone/answering machine, and is fully equipped. 
Living room has entertainment center with cable TV/DVD/VCR and telephone.  Master 
bedroom has new furniture/mattress, king size bed, TV, telephone, large walk-in closet, and master 
bath with 
walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet room, and linen closet.  Guest 
bedroom has queen size bed, TV, and phone jack.  Third bedroom has futon (sleeps two), desk and 
telephone.  
One and a half car (car and golf cart) garage has full-size washer/dryer and laundry tub.  

Vacation Rental Amenities

Located within walking distance of the Canal Street Recreation 
Center and Lake Sumter Landing Market Square (7/10 of a mile) for 
free nightly music entertainment in the square, and a variety of 
shopping and dining experiences. 

Activities and Attractions

Golf, driving ranges, family and adult pools, hiking, biking, 
tennis courts, pickleball, basketball, fitness center, horseshoes 
billiards, bocci, shuffle board, shopping, fishing, cinemas, nightly 
entertainment and dancing in The Villages Town Squares seven nights 
a week.  Hop in the car and drive to Disney, Universal, Silver 
Springs, the ocean, the Gulf, and many other amusement parks and 
towns all within a 90 minute drive from The Villages. 

Vacation Rental Rates

Note: Our home is not a "Hotel". Routine cleaning or maid service is 
not included. Our home does have service agreements with Lawn, Grass 
Cutting, Landscaping, Pest Control and Comcast.

A $750.00 non-refundable deposit is expected at time of booking, and the balance plus a $500.00 
refundable security/cleaning deposit is due upon arrival.  

The Villages is an active Senior Community.  Residents are typically 
55 years plus.  No pets or smoking please.
