boards gives access to the amusement piers, even closer is the
convention center. This 1st floor condo was built in 2005. Generous 3 CAR OFF STREET PARKING.     

     Outside-enclosed hot water shower w/ a lock. There is also a hose in the
outdoor shower for when you come back from the beach and need to
