This is a 3 story condo w/ the top two floors providing a 4 brm/ 3 1/2 bath and the first
floor providing a 2 bd/2 bth unit. Both have top rated kitchens.Every bedroom has a flat
screen TV. There is a 2 car garage and 1 spot next to the house. The floors are all
travertine tile and counter tops are all granite. Spacious decks with 2 BBQs and outdoor
shower. Your family, no matter how big will be able to watch TV in the family rooms and
enjoy dinners together as there is plenty of room for entertainment.
You can rent the units seperately if you choose. See rates below.

Activities and Attractions
Activities: -South Mission has it all. Quiet when you want it, and action when your ready for it. Biking, walking, surfing, volleyball, shops, restaurants, sailing, boat rentals, and row boats all with in walking distance. -Historic Belmont Park with its historic roller coaster, bumper cars, and ice cream parlors, are just a 5 minute stroll. Belmont also offers a variety of stores, and restaurants. -Other activities located nearby are as follows: San Diego Airport- 10 min, Sea World-5 min, Seaport Village-15 min, San Diego Zoo-20 min, Balboa Park-15 min, Wild Animal Park-35 min, Lego Land-30 min, La Jolla-10 min, Scripps Aquarium-15 min, Sports Arena-5 min, Del Mar Race Track- 20 min, Old-Town-10 min. all times approx. Smoking allowed on patio only. Please no smoking inside. No large parties, keggars, bachelor parties, or weddings allowed unless owner approves of the gathering.

9 month rental starting after labor day......$7200 per month (5200/top, 3000/bottom)

taxes 10 1/2% and a $500 security deposit.
