Vacation Rental Description

This is a wonderful stunning, completely renovated, one bedroom 
apartment on the 25th floor of a classic midtown Atlanta high rise.

This is the newest addition to our successful rental program - for 
the last eight years, we have been privileged to be the owners of a 
similar company in Paris, France (Our Home in Paris), where we have 
many wonderful properties that are renovated and designed for the 
sophisticated business or vacationing client. 

This apartment is modeled after our Parisian ventures, with wonderful 
herringbone wood floors, thai silk curtains, totally renovated high-
end kitchen and bathroom (gorgeous white marble), and comfortable and 
elegant furnishings providing a practical and visually pleasing 
residence for a guest visiting for an extended period of time. The 
designer, Rick Flinn, is an expert in historic preservation, and he 
is well known for his work as the former Director Of Restoration of 
the Fox Theatre.

We offer a fusion of a comfortable residence, with all of the 
amenities of a five star hotel, including housekeeping, linens, fully 
equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and ADSL/ WiFi/ fax/ copier/ 
scanner/ answering machine, and large flat screen hi-definition TVs 
in both living room and bedroom, with full cable service including 
CNN/BBC.


The balcony faces downtown, with breathtaking views of the night-time 
twinkling of sky scrapers. And, Piedmont Park is only a half a block 
away, and the sunrise is magical. 

The building is very well maintained, with it's own health club, and 
a very friendly and professional concierge service, dry cleaners pick 
up and delivery options, as well as reserved, covered parking.

Who is the perfect client for this apartment?

1 - Visiting professionals: lawyers, professors, physicians who need 
a comfortable, fully equipped apartment for a prolonged stay, and who 
will take advantage of this premium midtown location.

2 - Visitors and tourists who would appreciate an alternative to a 
hotel, with much more value, amenities and space.

Please note: these are elegant, small apartments, best suited for the needs of 2-4 guests. These are 
really not ideal for a group or party experience, and maximum number of guests per apartment, 
including those renting, would be 6 persons per apartment.
