bedroom (loft)has two twins. The great room also has a sleeper sofa

custom cabinetry. This eat-in kitchen opens to the family room and
has all the modern conveniences. It is fully equipped, featuring
TV, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender and
kitchen utensils.

The two story great room contains a fireplace and entertainment
center (HDTV, DVR, DVD, X-Box (+games)) all on a large screen TV.
Many windows allow for an open and airy feeling throughout.

The dining room features a beautiful glass top table, perfect for
entertaining.

A highlight is the Huge patio with water fountain and views of the
golf course… it also has an umbrella table with chairs as well as a
gas BBQ.

We also have a 2-car garage (with Pool Table), separate laundry room
with Washer and Dryer and patios on each master suite.

The location of the property is ideal, right on the TPC golf course
and near the end of a private, quiet cul-de-sac with very little
traffic.

There are dozens of shops and restaurants, a superb spa plus two
casinos (JW Marriott and Suncoast are within a 5 minute drive. To
top it all off, it is only about 15 minutes to the Las Vegas Strip.

Reservation Deposit: $ 300.

Deposit is non-refundable except with a minimum 30-day written
notice
of cancellation.

Balance will be invoiced, sent with the Rental/Agreement and may be
paid, no later than 30 days prior to scheduled occupancy date.

All funds are refundable if written notice of cancellation is
received at least 30 days prior to scheduled arrival date.

All reservations initially made within 30 days prior to scheduled
arrival date will be prepaid at time of reservation.

Security/Damage Deposit: $ 300.
The security deposit is fully refundable within 7 days of departure
if no charges are assessed.
