Vacation Rental Description

Escape the hustle-bustle of the city and enjoy outdoor living at its 
best at this tropical slice of paradise. This 2500 plus square feet 
home epitomizes Island living with lots of windows, ceiling fans, 
fresh breezes, and total privacy. Opening up onto 1/2 acre of lush, 
tropically landscaped gardens with various species of exotics 
identified onsite. A large saltwater pool and Jacuzzi spa are warm 
year round for play and relaxation. 

The three bedrooms all have split air conditioning. Master Bedroom & 
Bath has a King size bed & Jacuzzi tub; 2nd Bedroom has a Queen size 
bed & private bath; 3rd Bedroom has upper twin bunk above and double 
futon below and another private bath. Living room has two double 
futons and a double sofa sleeper. Gas appliances in the kitchen make 
cooking a breeze, along with a washer/dryer to keep up with the 
laundry. Granite counter tops and a small kitchen bar for snacks. 
Entry family room offers views of Maunalua Bay & Diamond Head. A 
small office/den looks over the dining area and onto the back yard 
with hi-speed wireless internet is provided, along with a cordless 
phone, fax machine and free local & interstate calling. Bring your 
calling card for international calls and your laptop. Extended 
living room offers terrific view of tropically landscaped lawn with 
sofas & futons throughout. A large screen Sony TV, CD & DVD player 
and large selection of DVD movies are set up in the middle of this 
room.

At Secrets Beach House you are minutes away from the best beaches 
and snorkeling-scuba diving around. House comes equipped with boogie 
boards, snorkeling gear, beach umbrella, beach towels, and chairs 
for your convenience. Backyard lanai is slated for entertaining and 
private sunbathing. Gas Barbecue is standing by for grilling meals. 
Three shopping centers are within five minutes of Secrets Beach 
House for groceries, restaurants, activities, etc. 

Grounds include a wedding arch for romantics and hammock for 
loungers. Secrets Beach House staff can start you out with the 
pantry and refrigerator stocked with your favorite items,(inquire 
for shopping list)and can also provide light maid service and 
cleanup Monday through Friday. Intimate wedding, vow renewal 
ceremonies, and mini-catered receptions can also be arranged on 
property.

Additional guests 3-12:     $25/night/guest

Summer Rates apply ( 6/14/08 to 9/8/08)
Daily Base Rate for 2-6 guests   $795/night
Additional guests 7-12        $25/night/guest

Holiday Rates apply:  11/15/08 - 1/5/09
Flat Rate of $995/night for up to 12 guests

Usual check-in at 3-5pm;  
Usual check-out by 9-11am
Check-in/check-out times are flexible to meet your needs.  Early 
check-ins and late check-outs may be available and may be assessed a 
fee.

Security Deposit:   $1000         (fully refundable)
Cleaning Fee:        $  250
Accommodations & Excise Tax 11.95%

Payment & Deposit Terms & Conditions:  50% of total tally due at 
time of reservation and balance due 60 days prior to occupancy
