Vacation Rental Description

clean and well maintained 2 bedroom, 1 bath vacation condo that is 
perfect for a holiday, vacation, season, or extended corporate or 
military rental.  We provide everything you need including wireless 
high speed internet - just come! 
 
This condo is on the first floor which is actually above ground level 
so you get an elevated and buffered view of the pool and grills.  The 
location is in the sought after ocean and beach close "D" building and 
is accessible from the parking garage by elevator.  We've even thrown 
in a small view of the ocean from your private balcony.  There is 
plenty of room in the condo with a broad open floor plan in the 
family, dining, and kitchen areas.  There is comfortable seating in 
the family room on the sofa bed, and seating for all 4 guests at the 
dining table.  The kitchen is clean and fully appointed for all of 
your needs. 
 
The bedroom is comfortably furnished with a queen bed to leave you 
some room to move and there is a television and entrance to the full 
bath.  For our longer term guests, you'll find ample storage in the 
two full size closets. 
 
Most of your time, will of course, be spent on the private balcony 
that is outfitted with bar height table and chairs.

privately owned condos.  The grounds are impeccably maintained and you 
will feel as though you have arrived in Hawaii, without the long and 
expensive plane ride.  Meander with the streams through our grounds 
and enjoy the waterfalls, flowers, koi fish, and of course our heated 
pool and spa.  If you leave North Coast Village and the beach, you'll 
find easy access to all of the attractions of San Diego (35 mi), 
Orange County and Disneyland (1 hr), and Los Angeles (90 miles).
