It is nicely decorated, so you will feel "at home" away from home, with all of the
things you need.

King size bed in the Master Bedroom with TV. Master Bath has a soaking tub and a shower and double
sink with plenty of closet space.

Twin beds in the Guest Room and a walk-in closet. Guest Bathroom has a tub with a shower.
The Guest Bedroom and Bath can be shut off from the rest of the unit offering more privacy.

The Living Room, with indirect lighting, has a TV and DVD player. In addition, we have provided a
variety of movies for your enjoyment. The comfortable leather couch has 2 recliners, and the
matching chair is also a recliner.

The Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glassware, cookware, microwave, electric stove & oven,
garbage disposal, dishwasher, refrigerater/freezer, pantry, lots of cupboards, and indirect
lighting. There is also a large assortment of small appliances and bakware.

Ceramic tile, carpet, hardwood floors, and ceiling fans are throughout this unit.

The screened balcony (aka lanai) has ceramic tile, a table with a "touch" light, 4 chairs, and a fan
to keep the cool breezes circulating.

As imagined, the unit is fully furnished and comes complete with all towels, linens, cookware,
washer & dryer, hair dryer, and even a popcorn popper. All the comforts of home, plus
extras.

In addition to all of the amenities that Burnt Store Marina & Country
Club itself offers (see below for more information) we offer extra
amenities that others do not:

Flat screen TV's, mounted in the walls, in the living room, and both bedrooms.

Starting in the summer of 2009, an electric golf cart will be available, for a small additional charge with an additonal security deposit. Only licensed drivers will be allowed to operate it.

Live Web Cam, from your lanai. Go out on the dock, call your friends on your cell phone, and wave
to them as they watch you, live, enjoying the beautiful Florida weather as they are freezing their
bums off.

Golf Club Activity Membership - Our guests are also entitled to a Special Pass to enjoy the
benefits of our Activity Membership, which include a 15% discount at the Golf Club and Linkside-
Cafe, movies, special scheduled activities, plus much more.

Toll-free calling in the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico is included.

High speed wireless internet access with a desk top computer & printer is also provided.

DVD's - A large assortment of DVD's are available for your viewing pleasure.

Enjoy riding a bike? There are 2 available for your use - ride at
your own risk - helments not provided. Bikes must be requested at time of reservation.

and boasts one of the largest Marinas on this Coast with 525
deepwater slips with a sheltered deep water harbor & 200 dry slips.

much more. If you want to bring your own boat, it also has a large easy
access launch ramp.

We also have a beautiful 27 Hole Golf Complex. There are 3 beautifully
maintained executive golf courses, fully stocked pro-shop and a Golf
Professional on staff. There is the Linkside Cafe, aqua driving range,
golf clubs & golf carts available to rent, and private lessons available.
