Looking for a peaceful, relaxing vacation get away? Our brand new,  
newly furnished three (3) bedroom condo is just the place.  
 
Lake front Condo at Newport Condominiums managed by owners.   
 
Location: Lake of the Ozarks/Osage Beach, Mo. (Located off Business 
Highway 54 at 275 Flynn Road, Unit 210, Lake Ozark, MO 65049 at the 
1.5 mile marker) 
 
We’d like to welcome you to our newly built, non-smoking, waterfront 
condo at Newport Condominiums. You will find us at mile marker 1.5 
near Bagnell Dam. The living room, walk out patio and the master 
bedroom overlook the beautiful lake. The condo is newly decorated  
with contemporary furniture, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen.   
You can relax inside and watch TV on a brand new flat screen 42”  
plasma television, or set out on the patio enjoying the breathtaking  
view while relaxing from your exciting day on the lake.             
 
We also have a 14' X 36' covered boat slip equipped with water and  
electricity. 
 
The Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed and its own private bath with 
a large shower and walk-in closet.  The second bedroom has a 
queen-size bed and the third bedroom has two twin-size beds.  Outside 
the second and third bedrooms you will find a bath with a tub/shower 
combination. 
 
You will find several golf courses in the area. Osage Beach has some 
of the greatest restaurants and night clubs on the lake that are 
accessible by both land and/or water.  You will also be within a few 
miles of Osage Village Factory Outlet Mall complete with 110 stores, 
as well as the new indoor water park at Tan-Tar-a Resort.  You will 
also be within walking distance from the strip on Business Highway  
54, where you will find additional shopping, bumper cars and other  
fun activities. 
 
Sorry, no pets or smoking allowed.  Please help us keep our condo in 
perfect condition for your next visit.  Our goal is to have repeat 
visitors year after year. Please Note: Should we find that either  
took place, you forfeit your $500.00 security deposit. 
 
14' X 36’ Covered Boat Slip With Running Water and Electricity Available  
For $20.00 Per Day.  
 
Check-in/out Times 
Check-in time is 3:00 p.m. 
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Air conditioning, ceiling fans in front room and master bedroom, 
fireplace, cable TV, DVD, fully equipped kitchen, microwave, 
dishwasher, refrigerator, ice maker, cooking utensils provided,  
linens provided, full size washer and dryer, gas grill and pool (in  
season).  The pool is 38' long X 16' wide and 3 1/2' to 6' deep.

Boating, swimming, sailing, water skiing, para sailing, golf, 
miniature golf, go carts, hiking, biking, tennis, basketball, 
playground, fitness centers, Curves for Women, amusement parks, 
horseback riding, shopping, restaurants, cinemas theaters and  
sightseeing.

Vacation Rental Rates

May 1 thru September 30   $200/day   $980/wk  
October 1 thru April 30   $110/day   $595/wk   
 
Note: 3 night minimum stay during the summer months (May thru Sept). 
 
A $500.00 Security Deposit must be received within five days of  
booking your reservation and will be returned within 10 days after  
departure once keys are returned and provided there are no damages.  
A $25.00 fee will be charged if reservations are canceled 60 days  
prior to first day of reservation. Security deposit is forfeited if  
reservations are cancelled 15 days prior to first day of  
reservation. Please Note: We do not allow smoking or pets. Should we  
find that either took place, you forfeit your $500.00 security  
deposit. 
 
Full Balance Due within 14 days of stay, along with an additional  
$85.00 cleaning fee.  Once payment is received in full, two keys  
will be sent to your address.
