Vacation Rental Description

Copacabana's best, safest section. 
Three blocks to Copacabana beach and the subway.

drugstore, etc. everything one block away. Three minutes on the bus to
Ipanema beach, or walk/bike. Bus at the door. 

Small, safe, doorman elevator building, only three apartments per 
floor. 
Sunny and airy, high ceilings, one large window in front and another
in back, many cabinets, large built-in closet. 
Fully furnished. Cool, stylish decoration, everything new. 
One queen-sized bed in the bedroom and two sofa-beds (double and 
twin) in the living room. Ideal for one or two people, it can accommodate 
up to four adults (two sharing a bed), or five people including children.

CABLE TV with international channels.
Radio/CD player with Line-In to connect your MP3 Player (cable provided).
Brand new computer with LCD monitor and cable INTERNET

computer in the world for free; call any fixed phone in the world for
less than EUR1 an hour). Wireless connection for your laptop throughout
the apartment.  
Free use of our cell phone, or bring your own unlocked tri-band GSM phone
and use our local SIM card.    
Small library with books (Portuguese and English), CDs and DVDs. 
Full bathroom with gas water heater, tempered-glass shower stall,
toilet, douche, sink with granite top, cabinet, mirror. 

Fully equipped kitchen: four-burner gas stove, 130 l refrigerator,
microwave, coffee machine, water filter, cooking utensils,
glassware and tableware, dish towels... 
Dining table with four chairs in the living room, plus a folding
table with four stools. 
New 260-thread 100% cotton percale bed linens. New towels. 
Outside rack protected by an awning where you can hang your towels or
hand laundry to dry. 

A rotating system of different combinations of locks and padlocks
ensures your privacy and security: no two guests have the same
combination. 
Padlockable cabinet to safely store your valuables.

bike lane by the beach! 
Welcoming kit includes basic toiletries and cleaning supplies, and a
folder with city map, neighborhood map and info, apartment
instructions, tips, suggestions, etc., to make your stay in Rio
relaxed and uncomplicated.

Activities and Attractions

Being in the heart of Copacabana, you have easy access by bus (across
the street), subway (3 blocks away) or taxi to everything Rio has to
offer, besides wonderful Copacabana beach (3 short blocks away) and
Ipanema beach (3 minutes on the bus or 20 minutes on foot). 

Vacation Rental Rates

RATES:	
Prices are quoted in Euros. Request website address to convert to USD
(United States Dollars) or BRL (Brazilian Reais).
Low Season (April through November): daily: €30; weekly: 200;
monthly: 600
High Season (December through March): daily: €35; weekly: 220;
monthly: 680
Prices for one or two guests. Per extra guest: daily €8,
weekly 35, monthly 120.
Minimum stay three nights. A one-time turnaround fee of €20 for
stays shorter than six nights. 
Electricity is not included in the monthly rate and is paid separately
(between €10 and 100 per month, depending on your usage). 
New Year's and Carnival packages have special prices. Please request
