Ipanema beach (3 minutes on the bus or 20 minutes on foot).

Further discounts for longer stays; please inquire.
Prices for one or two guests. Per extra guest: daily R$20,weekly
R$120, monthly R$400.
Minimum stay three nights. A one-time turnaround fee of R$50 for stays
shorter than one week.
Electricity is not included in the monthly rate and is paid separately
(between R$30 and R$300 per month, depending on your usage).
