This adorable 2 bedroom, one bath cottage is perfect for a couple or
the entire family. It is in a great location with a water view of
Terry Cove.
The master bedroom offers a queen size bed and the second bedroom
has a full size bed. A futon sofa sleeps two in the living area.
The open floor plan has a living room, dining
area, and fully equipped kitchen.
Linens, towels, and beach towels are provided.
The cottage has plenty of parking and a place to wash your jet ski
or boat. The front deck is a great place to relax and use the BBQ
grill.

You can enjoy charter fishing, jet ski rental and dolphin cruises
which are all within walking distance of the cottage.
Orange Beach Recreational Facility is located directly across the
road. This facility offers a total fitness and workout center,
basketball gym, game room with billiards, ping pong and air hockey.
Lighted tennis courts, a kiddie pool and an olympic pool are some of
the outdoor facilities offered. All of this may be used for a $5
per day guest fee.
The Orange Beach/Gulf Shores area offers many attractions including
sandy white beaches, golf, amusement parks, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo,
shopping and great restaurants.

Payment may be made by money order or cashier's checks.
Summer 6/1 - 9/4 $125 per night; $800 per week
Fall 9/5 - 11/15 $100 per night; $600 per week
Winter 11/16 - 2/28 $800 per month 2009 Special Rate
Spring 3/1 - 5/31 $100 per night; $600 per week
Additional one-time $50 cleaning fee.
These rates do not include the 11% state and local lodging taxes.
$200 refundable deposit required.
Minimum 2 night stay. Special minimum stays may apply for holiday
weeks/weekends.
