Week of Thanksgiving $1400 or $225 a night with four night min.

April weekends are $225 a night unless a week is booked at $1400

Transient Occupancy Tax:
There is a 10% TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) on top of your nightly room charges for any stay 31 days or less. The tax will be broken out on your statement/receipt.
Deposits:
Refundable Security Deposit is $250 and is due within 7 days
of making your reservation to reserve the dates.
There is a cleaning fee of $85.
Cancellation Policy and Fees:
There is a $250 cancellation fee if reservation is cancelled after
receipt of the Refundable Security Deposit.
