Vacation Rental Rates

Rates in US Funds,  A $500 refundable security deposit is required  
with your reservation. Rental balance is due in full 14 days  
before arrival. Please add an 11% mandatory Florida tourist sales  
tax.  There is a non refundable $100 cleaning fee.  Cancellations  
less than two weeks before arrival will forfeit the $500 Security  
deposit.  Full deposit refund if cancellation is two weeks or more  
before arrival. This unit is rented on a FIRST-COME-FIRST SERVE  
basis. It may be rented no less than 90 days.
