with your reservation. Rental balance is due in full 14 days
before arrival. Please add an 13% mandatory Florida tourist sales
tax. There is a non refundable $100 cleaning fee. Cancellations
less than two weeks before arrival will forfeit the $500 Security
deposit. Full deposit refund if cancellation is two weeks or more
before arrival. This unit is rented on a FIRST-COME-FIRST SERVE
basis.

It must be rented for a MINIMUM of 90 DAYS per condo rules.
