All bedrooms have a balcony, patio furniture and unobstructed views

Second bedroom: Two Full size matress bunk beds with a twin trundle.
An air matress is available upon request.

Third bedroom: Queen Bed. Separate vanity for this hollywood plan
bathroom.

Large Living room: Sofa sleeper, big wide screen TV/DVD.

Kitchen: Fully-equipped, updated kitchen with cooking utensils and
new stainless steel refrigerator.

Stackable washer and dryer is located in your unit at the end of the
stairway, along with an iron and iron board.

Amenities: High Speed Internet (Time Warner Cable-Road Runner $30
set-up fee). Fax/copier available (additional fee and upon request).

No Smoking. Upon request, we provide some children's toys and infant

beach equipment at no additional cost.

Sunchase IV Resort amenities include:
On the first floor, adjacent to the elevator, is the newly renovated
pool area with three pools featuring a waterfall on the main pool.
The main pool is heated at a comfortable temperature year round. The
area also has a Jacuzzi and children's pool. Three additional pools
are also located at the front of the resort.

Sunchase IV has a private access to the beach as well as on site
security guards provides a safe environment for all of our guests.
An electronic chip key is required to access the elevator area as
well as the beach.

Please let us know if you require information for beachchair and
umbrella rentals. We do have beach chairs available or your use in
each of our units.

For your enjoyment we have tennis racquets, racquetball rackets, and
Ping-Pong paddles available for your use while you stay with us.
(Please return them where you found them for our next guest. They
are located in the master bedroom armoire. A fee will be assessed if
equipment is missing or damaged beyond normal wear and tear.)

Racquetball courts are located in the first floor. Two tennis courts
are located in front of the pool area. Two Ping-Pong tables are
located on the second floor. Fitness facility first floor and
accessed with key. Adjacent to the fitness center there is also a
resort sauna and steam room.

Sunchase IV also offers on the second floor the "library" which has
a variety of activities that provides a cozy environment to meet
other guests, read, watch TV, or put together a jigsaw puzzle.

7th-floor sun deck with a wet bar. The sun deck is overlooking the
beach.

offers retail stores, boutiques, and coffee shops. Just a few steps
away, adjacent to Sunchase IV is Denny's and Mc Donald's. Fine
dining is available within walking distance.

Conveniently located within your unit is a notebook containing an
area map as well a brochures for things to do in the area as well as
the area map.

Enjoy the many attractions in the area including the Schlitterbahn
Water Park Resort, fishing, shopping, golfing, or spend a day
shopping the open air markets in Matamoros, Mexico (be sure to bring
your passport or birth certificate).

Matamoros Tamaulipas MEXICO is located just across the border from
Brownsville and Brownsville, Texas is 26 miles away from South Padre
Island, Texas. A short day trip will provide you the opportunity to
have great Mexican cuisine and a visit to another country for
Mexican Pottery and other Mexican Products. Brownsville also has
many attractions and festivities year round. Brownsville Children's
Museum, Gladys Porter Zoo and Sable Palms Conservatory are just a
few attractions other than the Cinemark Movies and Mall that
Brownsville has to offer.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice.

$200.00 deposit is required for reservations less than 4 nights and
a $400.00 advance deposit is required for weekly rentals and during
the peak season. Deposit is non refundable for no shows and fully
refundable upon inspection of check out of the unit.

Rate is calculated by multiplying your daily rate times the number
of nights. Your weekly rate is your discounted rate for saying
longer, and call us for monthly rates when available and discounted
during November, January, and February. If either of these
properties is available, we may have other units with availability.
Your Total Rate is calculated by your Rate Total Rate times (13.5%
tax).

$75.00 USD service charge for clean up. Additional maid service may
be available upon request for mid week service.

Resort turnover fee: $45.00 (Unit 530)

Additional resort fees may apply for wrist bands during certain
times of the year (Spring Break, Easter Break, last week in July).
Wrist band charges vary and may be up to $25.00 USD per person and
are made payable to the resort at the homeowners office upon check
in.
