This charmer is decorated in a modern style with lots of headroom (vaulted ceilings) and comfort (First bedroom has King Size Bed; 2nd bedroom has both a queen and a twin bed).

Large lanai is the favorite room in the house.  Kitchen is well stocked with small appliances, foil, plastic baggies, dishwasher soap, paper towels, etc.

Note: this is the upstairs unit in the Plantation Beach Home which also has a downstairs unit, the Sugar Cane Suite. The units may be rented together or separately.

We love kids! No extra charge for kids. Free use of crib, stroller,
highchair, car seats on request.

We help with a SAFE financial transaction for BOTH sides :  No damage deposits to worry with. Your initial e-mails are welcome, but we will  require a telephone  chat before we  finalize any  contract.

We live, work, mail and bank within 4 miles from this home.  TERMS: only $25 on bookings more than 100 days out, with  25% 90 and 60 days out. The balance of 50% just 20 days before arrival. We  can arrange an arrival payment.
