House rental for all seasons. Located in beautiful Diamond Point,
Lake George.

House has 2 bedrooms, one bedroom with queen bed, one bedroom with
twin beds. Living room has sleeper sofa. Living room also has
TV, movies,& games. Eat in kitchen complete with dishes,
pots, pans, utensils, etc. House has air-conditioning and
washer/dryer. Deck with table and BBQ. Parking for
3 cars or 2 cars with 1 small boat(No bigger than 16ft)

House is Located just north of the Village of Lake George. Fireworks
every
Thursday night the entire summer. Boat rentals, Para-sailing, water
skiing, etc. Ski at Gore Mountain, 20 minutes away. Winter Carnival
activities on Lake George include, snowmobile racing, outhouse
racing, Motorcross racing right on the lake! Every weekend in
February has something going on. June has Americade.(Very Popular)
Fall is a beautiful time with lots of Concerts and activities.

May & June: $950/week, $175/night, 2 night minimum
**Americade week: $1350 **Memorial Day Weekend, 3 night minimum
July & August $1125/week (seasonal/longer term rental rates
available~please inquire)
September - November: $850/week, $150/night, 2 night minimum
**Labor Day Weekend, 3 night minimum
December - April: $800/week, $150/night, 2 night minimum
