Vacation Rental Description

For what you get this is the best deal. If you want to stay at a hotel in the area it is around $350 
a night for 
the marriot on the beach. The only other houses on the East side of A1A are renting for $5500 and 
up.   
Can see the beach from my driveway! Dont be fooled by the 
description "BEACH HOUSE" because of the decor. This is right next to 
the beach. No roads in between! Call me if you are 
interested. 

I have received alot of calls in reference to the distance to the 
beach from the house, if you type the address in google you can look 
at the satellite imagery.

*UPDATE* 6/22/07
I just added a king size Stern and Fosters mattress. This is a 
$5000.00 amazing mattress! I also kept the queen inside the house so 
it can be used in the living room if needed.

I just recently added a brand new $10,000.00 Hot springs 8 person 
hot 
tub in the back fenced in area! Its beautiful, It has all the bells 
and whistles. It has an Ozone system so there are no chemicals, and 
its safe 
for the skin.

The house is nestled between boynton and delray in a very unique 
unincorporated beach front location. If you want a quite/private 
beautiful beach to stay at while you relax, that is 3 miles from 
atlantic ave where its very busy and not private. Then this is the 
place. It is private when you need it to be, and when you feel like 
being where the crowds are, you are only 3 miles north on A1A. This 
neighborhood is 
very unique, there is a 
surf shop next door and the best deli/grocery store in town within 
steps. The beach is open 
to the neighborhood with no public parking so it is not overcrowded 
and private. 3 
miles to atlantic avenue where there are plenty of shops,clubs 
restaurants and crowded beaches. There is a private 
jacuzzi in the back yard that is enclosed by a fence for privacy. 
Have fun in the sun all day at 
the beach, and relax in the jacuzzi at night. There are numerous 
reefs in the area if 
interested in snokeling or diving.

Completely renovated! This house used to be a 2 bedroom but I 
converted it to a large 1 bedroom with an office in the room 10x20. 
There is a brand new brick paved u shaped driveway for optimal 
parking spaces.

fireplace,  central AC, all new french windows, new glass doors, 
brand new 20'' porcelain tile 
floors throughout, new maple cabinets with granite tops in kitchen 
and bath, huge shower 
with 10'' shower head in ceiling, all new stainless appliances, 
unique glass vessel sink with 
waterfall faucet in bath, vaulted ceilings, brand new couches, 
plasma television with directv digital video recorder over 
fireplace, 
computer with internet access, full surround sound system,brand new 
extremely cozy queen size mattress with feather 
pillowtop. Once a week maid 
service provided (light cleaning). 
 Everything is brand new in this house!

Atlantic Avenue is 3 miles south of the house on A1A, there are 
numerous restaurants and 
clubs to enjoy in this area. There is a beautiful beach front park 
one block south of the house 
open to the public. Relax in the sun, go surfing, snorkeling, 
diving, 
walks on the 
beach.......have fun in the sun while on vacation in beautiful South 
Florida!

Vacation Rental Rates

2008 rates.From June to October monthly rates are $3000 per month, 
 From November to May monthly rates are $4000 per month. weekly rates, $1000.00 from June-October, 
$1500 
from November to May. Multiples months are negotiable.
No 
reservations can be made for weekend rentals, call for availability.
If you would like to rent for a longer period than mentioned, call 
for pricing.This pricing includes electricity, water, satellite tv, 
dsl, 
local phone service. light cleaning will be provided weekly.
 
Security deposit will be charged and returned after departure.

Florida taxes will be added to all rates.
