retreat on the ocean with fantastic views!  Located at 9225 Collins 
Ave. in the upscale city of Surfside.

This large condo is fully and tastefully furnished and decorated for 
a truly relaxing and enjoyable vacation.  Enjoy breathtaking views from the bedroom 
of the Atlantic Ocean and from the oversized balcony the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal 
Furnishings include rectangular sized wood dining table which can 
expand and seat up to 10 persons.  The living room has 
comfortable 'Jennifer' leather sofas. One sofa converts to a queen 
sized bed. You can enjoy your favorite program or movies on the Sony 
52" LCD Flat Panel or listen to music on the Bose CD system.  The 
spacious bedroom includes a comfortable queen-sized bed, desk with 
fax and printer, blackout blinds and best of all a Sony Plasma TV 
for your bedtime enjoyment. The kitchen is fully equipped including 
cookware, dining ware and utensils. Also included is your beach 
gear: chairs, umbrella and beach towels.

Building provide 24 hour security, parking, heated pool, 
direct beach access, laundry on each floor, inside the apartment
there is wireless internet and telephone for local calls.
