listing is for
the 2nd floor only. We are open to discuss additional arrangements
as required for the 1/1 efficiency on the first floor. The home
features all necessary furnishings, tile floors, enclosed terrace
upstairs and porch downstairs, located bay side in Tavernier in
Plantation Key Colony. Very quiet and peaceful residential
neighborhood, access to Homeowners Park with boat ramp/recreation
area/fishing dock. Just minutes from Tavernier Creek that leads to
Florida Bay. You can be deep in a school of Yellowtail on Davis Reef
one minute, and going for a backcountry slam the next. House
maintained and rented by owner. Come and enjoy the "Keys Lifestyle"
and go back home with memories that will last a lifetime!!!

We have numerous cots at the house to allow this house to sleep more
than six. This is ideal for putting the kids on cots in the florida
room.

We are closely located to Tavernier Shopping Plaza offering dining,
US Postal Office, movie theater, Block Buster movie rentals, CVS
pharmacy, McDonalds, Winn Dixie Supermarket, Subway, Liquor Store,
Pool Hall, Pier One Store, Dairy Queen, and Mariners Baptist
Hospital.

The Upper Keys area offers countless diving, snorkeling, and world-
class fishing opportunities. Not to mention the many restaurants and
bars which are a short distance away via car or boat. There are
numerous diving centers and shops offering diving,snorkeling, and
kayaking excursions. Deep sea fishing charters all within a 5 minute
drive. John Penny Camp Coral Reef State Park is just a short drive
up the road and features some great diving and snorkeling.

Just 2 miles down the road is a recently built and renovated
Recreational park that includes tennis, basketball, swimming pool,
biking, playground, walking path and a beautiful private beach.

Just outside the canal is a beautiful bay and is a perfect place to
Jet Ski, go tubing, snorkeling, and kayaking.

Don't forget the famous Islamorada Tiki Bar just up the street where
you can charter a fishing trip or Jet Ski rental. There are public
pools w/kids water park stuff to do. Walk, jog, or bike ride within
the neighborhood. Nearby assembly halls for all faiths.

Security deposit required within 10 days of placing reservation.
Deposit is refundable with min. of 30 day cancellation.
Full payment due 30 days prior to arrival for all rentals. Multiple
months are arranged.
