This exclusive, gated 3000 square foot beach front townhouse is one
of only four and is located directly on the beach. It is perfect for
a family or business retreat. This spacious home will sleep at
least seven with a king size bed in the master along with a pull out
twin bed and a king bed in the 2nd bedroom and a king size bed in
the 3rd bedroom. Two of the bedrooms are on the beach side with wonderful views and the third
bedroom has a view of the intercoastal waterway. Each bedroom has a full size private bath, with
the master having a "his and hers size" bath and jacuzzi tub plus a
walk in marble shower. This home is beautifully decorated with
comfortable furniture in an open and inviting floor-plan, including
a fireplace in the living area. It also offers a large fully
furnished kitchen, with granite counter tops, stainless appliances and a trash compactor. There is also a wet bar with ice machine. A three car
garage allows protected entry into the house. This is one of a
kind. You can walk straight out the door to the blue water gulf.
You will not find a more beautiful, private and peaceful home on the
beach. Enjoy a unique getaway or extended stay. You will want to
come again and again. No weddings, reunions or large parties
allowed. We do not have a pool but you can walk straight out the door to the blue water gulf.
