Vacation Rental Description

Charming 1940s, vacation cottage, newly updated, with your own 
private hot tub on the screened porch & original fieldstone 
fireplace with gas logs. Beautifully decorated in true cottage 
style.Ancient Rhododendrons and Azaleas create an oasis of beauty 
that surrounds you as you take time for yourself. Relax on your 
screened porch in a cozy rocker or soak in your private hot tub. 
Escape to your breezy sun-porch bedroom or to the classic cozy 
knotty pine bedroom. Enjoy a bubble bath in your 
claw-foot tub. Access to exclusive Lake Summit.

Take the five minute walk to the top of the mountain for a panoramic 
view or walk down to the river to catch some trout. The cottage is 
beautifully decorated in classic cottage-style with original knotty 
pine walls and ceilings. It has a field stone rock fireplace with 
gas 
logs. Exclusive Lake Summit is a three minute drive away for a day 
full of fun. Several amenity packages available to maximize your 
experience. Sleeps four to six. Cottage is Non-Smoking.

Nestled on a mountainside less than a mile from Highway 25, our 
cottage lets you escape the day-to-day and provide you with a 
memorable mountain experience. Four miles to historic Flat Rock, 10 
minutes to Hendersonville, 30 minutes to Asheville. 

The "Ivy" cottage has a beautiful path through the azalea & ivy 
garden with several stairs leading to your perch on the mountainside.
