walk/bike/jog/stroll/ "whatever" to top restaurants and shops! 
 
"Brand new" cute and cozy kitchen with open vaulted ceiling and  
exposed beams. 
 
New bath with full view seamless doors, pedestal sink and all tiled. 
All new appliances, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Stove, and  
Washer & Dryer. 
 
Clean and neat with loads of charm! 
 
Larger tiled room for entertaining and two decks! 
 
Queen bed in Master Bedroom and two Twins in the Guest Room. There is  
also a beautiful Queen Sleep Sofa just in case! 
 
This cottage is "too cute for words" so you need to view the pictures  
and you will know that it was restored as a "family retreat" and we  
like guests to visit! 
 
Owners are local and keep the little cottage in top shape for all

Winter: $2700/Mo. or $950/wk. 
Summer: $850/wk. 
Off Season: $700 wk.
