A Spacious Summer rental across the street from the ocean, located on the Seabrook side of the Hampton/Seabrook Bridge.  Privately nestled away from the crowds in Hampton Beach, but still only a 10 minute walk to the action at the Hampton Beach Casino!

Step across the street and you pass through a beautiful seagrassed path to our private beach.  This  beach access leads to the harbor mouth where fishing and beachcombing abound.  The unique location offers a safe place for children to roam along the beach and explore the adundant tidepools safely.  Often only a handful of people are at this beach.

Walk 5 minutes east and you can frolic in the huge waves of the Atlantic Ocean.  Bring your boogie board! This main expanse of Seabrook Beach is wide and sandy and semi-private.  Perfect for a game of frisbee and sunbathing.

In the other direction are the Hampton-Seabrook bridge and the beach areas by Seabrook Harbor. Here lies Eastmans fishing pier, deep sea fishing expeditions and the fresh seafood market,


There are a few weeks open for the upstairs unit. This unit sleeps 7 and has 4 Queen Beds. Sit on the balcony watching the waves roll in during the day and the fireworks at night. Upstairs has a view of the ocean from the large deck and wrap around Deck.

There is parking for the upstairs unit for 3 cars on the left side of house.  Downstairs tenants park on the right side of the house.

Upstairs offers large living space, dining room,  3 BR with 4 Queen beds, 1 spacious Bath.

Downstairs offers large living room, 3 BR, 4 Queen beds and 1 twin. Screened in back porch. (Please bring linens, pillows & comforters are provided.)

Units include full kitchen including refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster and coffee-maker, Full Bath, TV with extended basic cable, DVD player. 

There is a large Gas Grill that is shared by both units.



We are located 55 minutes north of Boston's Logan Airport and within a 15-20 minute ride from either Amtrack train service in Newburyport, MA, or from Exeter, NH.

NH's Manchester Airport is within a 50 minute drive. Additional Air Service to Pease Airport in nearby Portsmouth, NH is also available.

Swimming, boating, sailing, great striper fishing, wind surfing, para-sailing, jet-skiing, fishing party boats (in Seabrook/Hampton Harbor).

Odiorne Point State Park. Activities: Picnicking, boating, fishing, hiking, biking, nature walk, Amenities: Picnic tables, boat launch, restrooms, paved bicycle path, interpretive displays, education programs.

Fireworks are offered in Hampton Beach every Wednesday night and holidays and are viewable from the house or beach across the street.

1/2 deposit is required upon booking. Final payment  must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to move-in date.

A $200.00 security/cleaning deposit is also required.
(This will be returned when unit is left clean,undamaged and the key is returned.)

Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, 

•  Move-in time of 1 PM
