Sun Valley Beach House in Hampton Beach

A Spacious Summer rental across the street from the ocean, located on the Seabrook side of the Hampton/Seabrook Bridge.  This is away from the crowds in Hampton Beach, but still only a 15 minute walk from the Hampton Beach Casino! (This is the downstairs unit of a 2 family Duplex.)

There is beach access across the street along the harbor mouth and also to Seabrook beach within 5 minutes walking distance.

We are located directly across the street from the beach (pictured). There is also easy walking distance to the main expanse of Seabrook Beach (a wide, sandy, semi-private, east-facing beach) and in the other direction, the Hampton-Seabrook bridge and the beach areas by Seabrook Harbor.


(There are also a few weeks open for the upstairs unit for $150.00 more/wk. That unit also sleeps 8 and has 3 double beds and 1 Queen, a balcony with a view of the ocean and a large deck and wrap around Deck, also with Ocean Views.

There is parking for the upstairs unit for 3 cars on the left side of house.)

This is a 3 BR, 1 (full) Bath unit that sleeps 8. It is equipped with 1Queen, 3 Double beds and a twin. (Please bring linens, pillows & comforters are provided.)

Unit includes full kitchen including refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, toaster and coffee-maker, Full Bath, TV with extended basic cable, DVD player and wireless Internet access. 

There is a large Gas Grill that is shared by both units.

Parking for 3 vehicles in right side driveway.

There is also a screened in back porch.

We are located 55 minutes north of Boston's Logan Airport and within a 15-20 minute ride from either Amtrack train service in Newburyport, MA, or from Exeter, NH.

NH's Manchester Airport is within a 50 minute drive. Additional Air Service to Pease Airport in nearby Portsmouth, NH is also available.

Swimming, boating, sailing, great striper fishing, wind surfing, para-sailing, jet-skiing, fishing party boats (in Seabrook/Hampton Harbor).

Additionally, nearby amusement parks/miniature golf facilities for kids.

Fireworks are offered in Hampton Beach every Wednesday night and holidays and are viewable from the house or beach across the street.

$ 1300.00/week between 6/20/2009 and 9/21/2009 (Rentals of 2 or more consecutive weeks earn a $50/week discount!)

1/2 deposit is required upon booking. Final payment (if made by check) must be received no later than 2 weeks prior to move-in date.

A $200.00 security/cleaning deposit is also required.
(This will be returned when unit is left clean,undamaged and the key is returned.)

Weekly rentals run from Saturday to Saturday, with a Move-in time of 1 PM and Move-out time of 11 AM.

There are also a few weeks open in the Upstairs unit ($150.00 more /week)
