Welcome to YOUR Pine Lake Getaway. This inspiring, privately owned
cottage is located just two hours northwest of Green Bay on
beautiful Pine Lake in Hiles, WI. The cottage is located near the
Three Lakes Chain, Eagle River, and Crandon.

Enjoy the large 300' wide x 420' deep lake frontage, which overlooks
the gradual sloping sand beach and your own private dock. Spend time
by the water . . .fishing, swimming, boating, and relaxing. (Pontoon
boat available for rent.)

The Getaway cottage has 1,400 square feet of living space, including 
four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, and a stone
fireplace. From the living room and the guest bedroom walk-out onto
the deck overlooking the large yard & the lake. A TV with DTV and VCR are
provided for your use.

Year round adventure, or simple relaxation awaits you. Enjoy the
evenings by our lakeside firepit. Hiking and 4 wheeling are only
minutes away in the Nicollet National Forest.

Location and yard was very nice. House was good but the 4th bedroom is
just a bed in the basement with one very loud dehumidifier. Kithen is small.
The description says no pets but as we were cleaning there are pee and poop
stains on back of rugs(probably why my allergies were going crazy).
Also we were given the wrong address, called Tammy but never heard back from
her. So we wasted almost 2 hours trying to figure out which house it was.
All said we would stay here again if it was truly a no pet rental.

Recommended for: age 55+

We strive to provide a relaxing and enjoyable environment to our guests. Your feedback allows us to continue to do so. We take pride in our spacious, green yard and amenities, so we are glad you like them. The fourth bedroom is located in the lower level. It is a pine log Queen size bedroom set complete with night stand, lamp, alarm clock/radio, and dresser surrounded by a carpeted area. Every year, we take on a new project to improve or expand the property. We recently added the fourth bedroom; it is a work in progress to completely finish the full basement. (Check back for progress updates!) This property is a no pets property; however, our policy is only as good as those who respect it. The rugs you refer to in your comment are actually kitchen stains on the backs. Those rugs were moved to the patio and laundry area since updating the kitchen rugs. Since the majority of the cottage is true hardwood flooring, we try to keep as many rugs around as possible since sand and grit are always being tracked in. However, since you perceived the stains as pet stains, we will likely be replacing them as we do not want others to assume the same. As for the wrong address, I am not sure where this is coming from since the address is clearly stated on the contract and the fire number is highly visible at the driveway entrance. Regardless, we apologize for any inconvenience. Cell phone reception is very spotty in the north woods making communication difficult. Thank you again for your constructive feedback. We are glad you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to the opportunity to host you and yours again in the future!

What a wonderful time we had! I could not have imagined how beautiful the "cottage" was!! Thank you again for all you assistance. We had a wonderful time and hope to be able to come back again.
