PARKING on the paved drive is for 4 plus cars.  The side parking will accommodate 2 cars or one RV, BOAT or BUS.  Very easy in and out.

WITHIN ONE MILE you will find a major shopping center, a 14 screen movie complex, Publix, Wal-Mart, the Big Kahuna Water Park and more.

WITHIN THREE MILES you will find 50 steak/chops/seafood restaurants, nine golf courses, two major resorts, Destin Harbor, and the largest discount shopping complex in the US.

YOUR HOST, David Ruffel is actually English and came over to the Destin area and fell in love it with so much, with its white sand and emerald clear water, friendly locals and fabulous weather he has decided to invest in what he sees to be the perfect vacation home. He has also bought another house within a 10 minute drive so he can be on hand to help out and offer an outstanding service.
