 Beautiful views of the slopes at Sunday River Ski Resort 5 minutes 
away from the traffic and hustle & bustle at the resort---but close 
enough to come home for lunch!!!

     Prime location for relaxation and to get away from it all! 
                                OR: 
 Ski, snowboard, snowmobile, flyfish, hike, explore, mountain bike, 
run, play golf (at the new Robert Trent Jones Jr. premier New England
 course at Sunday River---ask for Pete, for a course management 
playing lesson, he's GREAT!)---or go hunting antiques--do as much, 
or as little as your heart desires.




 In the Spring, and summer:
 (In the A.M.---I personally like to go for a run, come back to the 
gym and lift, shower in the multi-headed masterbath rock shower, 
take an outdoor jacuzzi, maybe use the tanning bed, and then light a 
fire, read a book, marinate some steak for grilling later, sip on 
some wine, pick & eat the berries growing out back and enjoy the 
views---all the while watching for moose, deer, and foxes that come 
by for a look! 
Maybe another day in the P.M.: I take a mountain bike ride, or the 
dogs for a walk. Then later...go down to Liam's restaurant for some 
local fun, chat it up with owner Will, 
--maybe play some horse shoes there, have some of their local fare, 
and back "up to" the house for some pool or ping pong, and then a 
great nights sleep under the Maine stars!)
