Vacation Rental Description

...you're Home!  The house has two "homes"; the "Top Hat" is upstairs, 
and "Under Cover" is the lower floor.  Located at 108 Franklin, in 
the downtown Wi-Fi area, it is just one block away from both the 
channel/boardwalk and Washington Street, where you will find many 
fine shops and restaurants. From the upstairs deck of the Top Hat or 
the front porch of Under Cover, you can view the holiday fireworks, 
or hear the Musical Fountain which plays every night from Memorial 
Day to Labor Day.  Only a half mile from the State Park and beach, 
you can easily walk, take the Harbor Trolley, or ride your bike!

Vacation Rental Amenities

The two bedroom, one bath "homes", each which sleeps 4 adults or a 
family with children comfortably, have a queen bed, bunk bed 
(downstairs is a twin over full), sleeper sofa, fully stocked and 
equipped kitchen, full size washer/dryer, cable TV/DVD, air-
conditioning, and gas grill. There is also a beach/town wagon, pack'n 
play,and high chair available upon request. Linens and towels are 
provided in these all-inclusive homes where you do not pay extra for 
cleaning or need a security deposit for the place you will come to 
know as "home".

Activities and Attractions

Whether your interests are beach activities, walking, biking, 
sailing, fishing, golfing, shopping, or "watching all the girls go 
by", there is plenty to do in Grand Haven and the surrounding 
communities.  Please check the Grand Haven Chamber website to see 
the local calendar for other ideas to suit your individual interests.

Price per week:
$100 non-refundable deposit will hold your requested dates for '09
May           $450  Memorial Day Holiday booked for '08
June          $650 (one week left, 6/7-14 @ $650)
July & August $850 (this is the only time frame available: 8/23-29 @$750)
4th of July week (booked for '08)
Coast Guard Week (July 26- Aug 2/08) $1100; (booked for '08)
September     $500 (Labor Day Holiday booked for '08)  
October-April $400/week or $800/month
Nightly rental possible off-season (Sept-May.), 2 night minimum 
($75/night weekday, $100/night weekend; Fri/Sat)
No hidden charges, this is "all-inclusive"
1/2 down to reserve, balance due 2 weeks before arrival
