...you're Home! The house has two "homes"(apartments); the "Top Hat" is
upstairs,and "Under Cover" is the lower floor. Built in 1898, this
historic home is full of all the charm and character of an older
home. It is certified by the City of Grand Haven as a Residential Rent Property.
Located at 108 Franklin, in Old Town area of downtown, it is just one
block away from both the channel/boardwalk and Washington Street,
where you will find many fine shops and restaurants. From the
upstairs deck of the Top Hat or the front porch of Under Cover,
you can view the holiday fireworks,or hear the Musical Fountain which
plays every night from Memorial Day to Labor Day. Only a half mile
from Grand Haven State Park and beach,you can easily walk, take the Harbor
Trolley (Memorial-Labor Day), or ride your bike (or ours)!

The two bedroom, one bath "homes" (apartments), each which sleeps 4 adults or a family with children comfortably, each have a queen bed, bunk bed (downstairs is a twin over full), fully stocked and equipped kitchen, dishwasher, full size washer/dryer, internet access, cable TV/DVD (32" LCD), electric fireplace, air-conditioning, and gas grill.
There is also a beach/town wagon, pack'n play,and high chair available upon request. Two bikes, one pink, one green, are available for guest use. Linens and towels are provided in these all-inclusive homes where you do not pay extra for cleaning or need a security deposit for the place you will come to know as "home".

No hidden charges, this is "all-inclusive": no security charge, no cleaning fees, and MI tax included.
