A deposit of $200 is required at time of booking. This converts into your refundable security deposit upon full payment. Full payment is required 6 weeks before arrival.
FOR RENTALS LESS THAN 5 WEEKS BOTH THE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND FULL PAYMENT WILL BE REQUIRED AT THE SAME TIME.
