Charming seaside villa in Baia Domizia - Naples in Napoli

This is a tastefully furnished one level villa with air conditioning
and electrical heating. It is composed of separate day and night
areas. In the day area there is a fully equipped kitchen
and a large living/dining room with a table, two sofas and a tv set
with sat-tv (receiving several foreign channels) dvd player and
playstation. In the night area there is a corridor with two twin
rooms, a bathroom and a double room with ensuite bathroom with shower.
Outside there is a large fenced garden paved in cotto with fruit
trees (lemon, peach. cherry), an external shower (ideal when returnig
from the beach) and two patios (equipped with tables and
chairs) where you can have outdoor dining with our barbecue.
In the garden we have placed a brand new ping pong (tabletennis) table.
There is parking place for two cars inside the garden.
A cot and a high chair are available for families with babies.
This is an excellent base for day trips (by car or train) to Naples
and the surrounding area (Sorrento,Capri,Ischia,Positano,the Amalfi
coast, Pompeii,Herculaneum to name a few) or even to Rome.
Back from the trips you can sunbathe or relax in the garden or go to
the beach for a swim and end the day with a bbq or dining with the
best mozzarella in Italy or perhaps a delicious pizza.
This is an ideal destination all year round : in summer for those
who just want to relax all day on the quiet sandy beach and in the
other seasons for more active guests willing to explore the beauties
of southern Italy avoiding summer crowds and temperatures.

The villa is located in a pinewood residential area ideal for short
walks in the holiday seaside town of Baia Domitia.
Quiet sandy beaches are within 5 minutes walking distance.
Also at walking distance there are several shops, supermarkets, bars
and restaurants/pizzerias.
2 kms away there is the lively town center with more shops, markets,
bars, summer only cinemas and more.
In the area there are lots of sporting activities: tennis, football,
go-karts, horse riding, flying, golfing and spa treatments at Suio thermal baths (20 min by car).
For wine lovers there is very close (3 miles)one of the most famous
wineries in Southern Italy, Villa Matilde, where you can have
tastings, dine and of course buy a few bottles to bring home.
