At "SeaHorse Crossing", situated just one block away from beautiful and serene Silver Lake, you'll enjoy listening to the ocean from your front porch just steps to the renowned Rehoboth Beach and Boardwalk, and also be just minutes away from plenty of shopping, restaurant choices, and activities for the whole family.

With SEVEN total bedrooms (five in the Main House and 2 additional in the 2-story detached Guest Cottage), this delightful home comfortably sleeps 16, plus a few more on couches! Two bedrooms are located on the first floor of the main house, and the Master Bedroom plus two additional bedrooms are located upstairs, each with private baths.

Originally built in the 1940's, this home was painstakingly renovated in 2005 ... and it shows like a modern dream home. A gourmet kitchen with all amenities (fresh appliances, granite counters, maple cabinets), a separate island with wine chiller, spacious family and living rooms plus a delightful reading room with plenty of soft light! The home features a pleasing mixture of designer touches
including warm colors, plantation shutters, hard-tile and oak floors, and a to-die-for Master Suite with rainshower!

And with our exclusive Private Dining Experience, don't fret over making dinner reservations for your large group - our Executive Chef will come to you at SeaHorse Crossing and prepare a lavish display of seasonal specialties, designed with your appetite and taste buds in mind! This Private Dining Experience is included for one evening in our weekly rental rates, and is available as an option for our short-term guests, subject to availability. Child-friendly and special diet menu choices available.

The screened-in front porch is just perfect for a mid-day snooze, and the private rear yard has plenty of shade cover for those family picnics after a day spent at the beach or along the boardwalk. Soak away your troubles in the brand new Hot Tub amidst professionally landscaped lighting illuminating the abundant trees and private outdoor shower. There's even a unique outdoor fireplace to help you unwind under the stars! Your "inner chef" will enjoy the professionally designed gourmet outdoor kitchen/bar, complete with gas grill, stone counters, and plenty of serving space for outdoor buffets, barbeques and blenders!

Perfect for family vacations, a summer retreat, cozy family reunions or to host your wedding party when you "take the plunge" in Rehoboth Beach, SeaHorse Crossing is your delightful home away from home.

For entertainment, the home is equipped with several Sony Hi-Def TVs, a deluxe Sony Home Theater system in the family room, VHS/DVD players, and a whole-house stereo system with IPOD hook-up. A small library of books and videos awaits you and your family. There are two adult bicycles and one child's bike for your use, and you may easily rent additional bicycles and take the family on a tour around the City of Rehoboth! Cable TV and high-speed internet access is provided, as is basic telephone service. We even provide a Air Hockey table for the "inner child" in you, plus a Dell computer workstation to keep in touch with friends and family, ... especially when you want to brag about your rental home (hint, hint)!!

The famed Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk is just a block away, and quaint serene SilverLake is a block away in the other direction. As such, the home is perfectly situated for long, quiet walks, bike rides into dining, shopping, and the Fun Zone Activity Center...or even the local YMCA.

Conveniently located within a 2-hour drive from Washington, DC, Philadelphia, PA and Baltimore, MD, the property is easily accessible from Delaware's Route 1.

High-Season rates require a 7-nite minimum stay, and are $7750/week inclusive of the Private Dining Experience. In the Off-Season, there is a 3-nite minimum (except for the weeks of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years which are a 7-nite minimum) and weekly rates are $5400. Weeknites are $775 and weekend nites are $850. The Private Dining Experience is available as an optional upgrade, subject to availability. Contact owner for specifics.

Turnover day is Saturday (in-season). Check-in Time is 3:00 pm and Check-out time is 10:00 am.

PLEASE NOTE:
The Town of Rehoboth Beach charges a 3% rental tax in addition to your rental rate.

There is a $200 cleaning fee per booking.
