are well experienced at providing vacation rental management and also offer vacation rentals in San

Vacation Rental Amenities
Pool, spa, waterfall, central a/c, private south facing rear yard, T.V.'s, stereo, cable & phone,
fully stocked kitchen, gas BBQ, washer & dryer, 2 car garage, refrigerator, dishwasher, etc.
No smoking is allowed.

Vacation Rental Rates
High Season: Jan-May $1500-$1800/week or $6,000-$7,000 mo. (special pricing for full season rental)
Low Season: June-October $1,200 week or $2500-$3,000 mo.
Holiday Specials: Nov-Jan $1500-$1800 week. Ask about weekend getaway specials.
Cleaning fee $150 per rental, refundable deposit $2,000.00, will consider small pet with increased
deposit. Longer term rentals require payment of utility expenses but the owners pay the first $200
of monthly utility expenses. Weekly gardner & pool services are paid by the owners. No smoking is
allowed.
