kitchen, dining room and living room with large picture windows and gas fireplace overlooking the Lake. Upstairs
master bedroom with deck and bathroom with jacuzzi tub and shower. Upstairs den with sleeper. Deck off the
dining room goes down to the Lake. Downstairs has 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and recreation room
and sliding doors out to the Lake. Two car garage, dock on the Lake and sealed driveway with in ground
basketball hoop.

Summer activities include boating and fishing on the Lake, kyacking, hiking trails around the Lake. An hour drive
to Lake George, Saratoga Raceway, Blue Mountain Lake. Winter activities include skiing at Royal Mountain five
minutes away, snow shoeing, cross country skiing and snow mobiling through Lake trails and connects to the
Adirondack Snow Mobile Trails.

$1200 to $1400 a week rentals for 8 to 10 people. Off Season January to May and September to December discounted $400.
