ideally situated between Clearwater Beach resort with its razzmatazz
and hectic busy days and nights and the similar, but smaller resort
of St. Pete Beach. World famous John's Pass Villages is located just 5
minutes away. This is where the movie "Summer Rental" with John
Candy was filmed.
The yacht club is a private, gated immaculately kept facility. The club boasts a club house with a small well equiped gym, jacuzzi, sauna, showers and billiards room. Two outdoor heated swimming pools, sun loungers, umbrellas, tables and benches. Private fishing piers.
Close to restaurants, shops, night clubs, grocery stores, two large
gambling ships and watersport activities.
Our townhouse has recently been refurbished and is beautifully decorated in Florida decor. This spacious ($1100 sq ft) two-story townhouse has a screened in balcony directly overlooking one of the two heated pools. Barbeque grilling area overlooking the yacht marina and waterway.
King-size bed in very large master bedroom, two twins in the second bedroom.
In addition a double futon/sofa is situated in the master bedroom if required for sleeping.
Separate dining room, lounge and well-equipped kitchen.
Childs highchair, gate and crib available on request.
Tampa International Airport and Busch Gardens amusement park is only
30 minutes away. Disney, Seaworld, Universal and all Orlando
attractions 90 minutes away.
