My condo is on the 4th floor. When inside you will see the beautiful
beach and the Gulf of Mexico directly through my living room and bedroom sliding glass doors. This then leads you to a comfortably sized balcony. Trust me, not all condominiums (or hotels) along the St. Pete beach offer this
premier benefit and this is what you expect. You can hear and see the waves and it's very relaxing.

Relax on the private balcony and see these fantastic beach views. See the endless views of the shimmering Gulf waters and you will hear the calming waves from the balcony too. This is a quiet location tucked away from any main road traffic. This is great for all couples looking to get away. Tropically decorated on the inside with a fully equipped kitchen, large dining area, king size bed in a large bedroom, sleeper sofa in the living room, Bose Acoustic Wave music system w/CD player, phone, cable TV, VCR/DVD player,and the WiFi connection is free.

Laundry room facility on the same floor and it's very close to the unit. The elevator is also located very close to the unit. This is a fantastic and unique location along St. Pete Beach.

Don't be put off by the lack of on-line reviews of this place (Unit#403). We stayed here in early November and loved it. Bob has a guest book in his condo and he has glowing reviews dating back for at least 2 years! But as a vacation rental owner myself, I know that on-line reviews are valuable.
Bob's description and photos are spot on. The resort is literally on the beach, with its own private fenced-off section with sun loungers. There is also a spotlessly clean pool and sun deck. The office staff are really friendly and helpful. There are several good restaurants within walking distance.
Bob will send you a great list of useful information, or you can ask in the site office for recommendations.
The condo has all the items you are likely to require for your stay
including a great sound system and TV with a small collection of movies.
As for the new carpet - having squeezed sand between your toes on
the beach you can enjoy squidging the luxurious carpet too (after washing your feet of course!) Waking up, pulling back the bedroom blinds and gazing out at the wonderful white beach and sparkling blue water - priceless!
We would have loved to stay longer. We will definitely be back if we
get a chance.

"We had a wonderful week long vacation at St. Pete Beach.  The condo, the grounds and all the ammenities was everything that was advertised and more.The unit was spacious, clean and nicely decorated.  The views from the balcony of the gulf and the beach were priceless. We enjoyed wathching the dolphins from the balcony and from the beach.  So tranquil.  We would recommend this property to everyone. We will be back next year.  Thanks for everything.

Dear Bob,   We just returned from a week's stay at your condo.   The location is great, the view is great, the lay out of the condo is great, the surroundings are great, we really really enjoyed our stay, it felt like home in an instant. As it was September sometimes we had the pool all to ourselves, and even if there were people it seems to attract quiet people coming to have a relaxing vacation with no fuss. Two restaurant tips: Silas on Gulf Blvd and Bubba Gump in Madeira Beach.  You never know what the future has in store for us, but if we ever need a place to unwind, we will surely keep your condo in mind!   Greetings from Holland!   Corine Poot
