at Oceanside, CA, where the daytime temperatures are generally in the
70's and 80's all year ( 60's in winter).

Walk just a few yards and you're on the sandy Pacific Ocean beach,
where there is swimming and surfing all year! The Oceanside pier,
yatch harbor and restaurants are all within walking distance along
the beach.

Condo has one bedroom with bath, large living room with gas
fireplace,large dining area and fully-equipped kitchen. Bedroom has
a queen bed and a twin bed. Sofa in living room converts to a queen-
size bed.

2 TV's (BR and LR) both with Cable hookup (72
channels) and VCR's, DVD, fully-equipped kitchen with microwave and
dishwasher, clothes iron and hair dryer.

Payments: Personal check, Money Order,Credit cards OK for foreign
nationals. Add 4%.

Booking / Security Deposit: $100/wk. Receipt of your Booking / Security Deposit is
required in order to reserve your dates. Booking / Security Deposit will be refunded upon receiving confirmation
that the unit is in order and keys have been returned to the HOA. OK to reserve year in advance. Back-out
clause in effect up to 6 mo. prior to rental date. Amount over $100.00 Security / Deposit can be appllied to the
final payment.

Full Payment: The balance of the Rental Amount is due 4 weeks in
advance of your arrival date. On receipt of full payment, the "key
packet" will be made available for your pickup at the Homeowner
Association (HOA) office or at the Security Patrol office, if
arriving after hours.

If the Rental Amount is not received, the booking will be cancelled,
and the Booking Deposit will not be refunded.

Cleaning Fees: NONE. Save the cleaning fee by washing and drying all
towels, sheets, etc., you have used, running the vacuum in the
carpet areas, and cleaning the kitchen and bathroom. All cleaning
equipment and supplies are available in the unit. Or,if you prefer,
a $100 cleaning fee can be added to your rental amount. If driving -
good advise to bring own linen to save cleaning time.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a cancelled booking, the booking
Deposit will not be refunded.
