 The condominium has everything you need for a wonderful stay. A 
newer kingsize bedroom set in the master and two twins that convert 
into  a kinksize bed in the guest bedroom, walk in closets in both 
rooms, complete with all linens and towels. Also, convenience of a 
laundry room inside of the condo, large living room, dinig room, and 
kitchen with all the cooking utensils needed.

Vacation Rental Rates

$3,500 - February, March           (2008 prices)
$3,000 - January, April            (2008 prices)
$2,800 - December, November, May   (2008 prices) 
$1,600 - June through October      (2008 prices) 

 Rates subject to change without notice, unless previously booked. A 
60 day minimum stay required. Negotiable rate for four consecutive 
months or more, except for June through October. All rentals subject 
to a $500.00 Security Deposit, 10% Florida Taxes, $200 Cleaning Fee. 
Fifty percent (50%) of rent is due upon booking, and the balance is 
due 30 days prior to occupancy date; cashiers check or bank wire 
only type of payment. Bookings are not bound by the calender month 
and will consider dates that overlap months. Land phone, internet 
service, extra TVs, or whatever, available at extra cost. Owner/Agent
