The studio is in an older, quaint home in a mature, lovely location.
It has a large, grassy, fenced back yard with deck - perfect for
lounging. (Your pet would like it, too.)
The studio has a full bath, walk-in closet, gas
fireplace and wood flooring with a vaulted ceiling and gets a lot of
natural light.

The studio has a sm. fridge, microwave and Direct TV. Property is
close to everything: Down town Reno and the Truckee River, Viginia
Lake Park, Peppermill and Atlantis Casinos, Reno Events Center and
Reno Sparks Convention Center.
A public tennis court and golf course are a block away.
The airport is within 2 miles.
Some pet sitting could be arranged for an additional fee.
A vegan meal could be arranged if requested.

Bring your skiis, golf clubs, tennis rackets, hiking shoes, bicycles,
kiaks and pet (?). The Peppermill Hotel and Casino has great
restaurants, gaming, entertainment and shopping and is within walking
distance. The Atlantis Casino is nearby as well.
Care for a jog or to walk your dog? Virginia Lake is 2 blocks away
and 1 mile around.
Beautiful Lake Tahoe is within an hour drive as well as an excellent
assortment of ski resorts. There are also 4 other lakes within an
hr. drive and great hiking and biking trails.
There are movie theatres as well as a live theatre and a nice
assortment of restaurants and shopping nearby. Downtown Reno with casinos, clubs, resaurants and
floor shows is within 2 miles.

$700-$1050/wk or $100-$150/night with a deposit of equal ammount.
An additional pet deposit is fully returnable as well, but will be
$50.00/day.
