Vacation Rental Description

Welcome to our spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo in the Gore 
Trail Development, high atop Wildernest.  The 1,000 square foot unit 
is modern with high ceilings, large spacious windows that overlook a 
beaver pond and offer a great view of the Arapaho National Forest.  
Our condo is rustic yet modernly decorated and is stocked with many 
extras for entertaining or cooking a nice meal, so you'll feel right 
at home. Each bedroom has a queen bed, and the sofa pulls out into a 
queen sleeper.  The private clubhouse is just next door and has 2 
hot tubs, fireplace, pool table, living area with flat-screen tv, 
DVD player, showers and small bar/kitchenette area for entertaining. 
We have one covered parking space for those snowy nights so you 
don't have to worry about snow removal from your vehicle.  Plenty of 
open parking available.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Cable TV with remotes in every room. Cozy 
gas fireplace warms the room with the flick of a switch.  As an 
added bonus, for guests traveling w/laptops, we have FREE WIFI 
through out the complex.

Kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, ice maker, microwave, 
dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, large crock 
pot and waffle iron.

2 bedrooms, each with queen size bed, dresser, mirror and 
nightstands. Living room couch folds out into a queen sleeper.

2 full bathrooms, washer/dryer in unit, iron & board.  All linens 
and towels provided.

Foyer has a built-in benchseat to remove shoes or ski boots, built-
in rack to hold skis or coats.  

Outside deck overlooks a pond providing many opportunities to 
witness wildlife in action. Black bears, beaver, otter, moose, fox 
and chipmunks have all been spotted here. Lots of hummingbirds in 
the summertime!

For those travelling with small children, we have a pack n'play 
portable crib, a bouncy seat, baby monitor, books, toys and all 
outlets have been covered.

Activities and Attractions

World class skiing at major resorts, snowboarding, snow mobiling, 
snowshoeing, sledding, ice skating, hay rides, mine tours, hiking, 
biking, mountain biking, fishing, sailing, golf, hot-air balloon 
rides, horseback riding, outlet mall shopping and movie theater.

The Summit Stage is a FREE bus system that will deliver you to all 
the local attractions and ski resorts.  It picks up right in front 
twice an hour.  The bus has a rack on the front to carry skis in the 
winter and bikes in the summer.

Lots of great dining choices and excellent outlet shopping at 
the Silverthorne Outlet.  Target, Wal-Mart, movie theater, Starbucks 
and grocery stores nearby.  Convenient to I-70, Dillon and Frisco 
are minutes away.

Copper Mountain 10 minutes
Arapahoe Basin 12 minutes
Vail 30 minutes
Beaver Creek 40 minutes

Denver International (DEN) is 90 minutes to the east, and Vail/Eagle 
Regional (EGE) is 45 minutes to the west.  Both airports are served 
by many major airlines.
