La Casa de Gracias is a spacious two-bedroom, two-bath deluxe 
condominium overlooking the beach at Punta de Mita, located just 30 
minutes north of the Puerto Vallarta airport.

Beautifully decorated in a comfortable Mexican beach style,
la Casa de Gracias has numerous amenities,including air 
conditioning,telephone, and a spacious patio just a few steps from a 
large pool and Jacuzzi hot tub. La Casa de Gracias is located within 
a gated condominium community with 24 hour security, tennis courts, 
and a private skybridge to the beach. 

This comfortable apartment has cable television and DSL connection, 
and includes free long-distance telephone service to the U.S. and 
Canada, as well as the services of a local couple, Efren and Lola, 
who come in to cook and clean daily. 

As you relax on the patio and enjoy the view while sipping one of 
Efren’s superb margaritas, you will truly understand the name Casa 
de Gracias, and give thanks for a wonderful vacation destination.

 

Activities and Attractions

Local activities include swimming, surfing, kayaking, scuba diving, 
snorkeling, deep sea fishing, boat rentals, and whale watching in 
season.  

On the beach you will find many great little “palapa” restaurants 
with fresh seafood and cold beer,as well as local fine dining 
restaurants serving Mexican and European cuisine.  You can also 
shop, either from the beach vendors or the local surf shops, enjoy a 
relaxing massage,or take a horseback ride along the beach.
Four-wheeler rentals, a jungle canopy tour, and golf courses are just
minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental rates are from $175 to $300 per night depending on the 
season and length of stay. Christmas, New Year's and Easter rentals
require a one week minimum stay.
