Close enough to hear the waves! Property is very close to the sand and
water, see photos. All basic kitchen ware. BBQ. Wireless internet. 5 cable TVs. 4 Queen beds, 1 Queen sofa sleeper, 2 twin roll aways. Patio furniture as well as picnic table, umbrella, bike racks, coin operated laundry. Automatic garage door opener. All ceramic tile home, no sticky
vacation rental carpet or furniture. Very good housekeepers insure
the property will be clean upon arrival. 2 new pillow top mattresses
and 400 thread Egyptian cotton sheets for the Queen beds. Bedrooms
are quite large for the beach. Toys and beach chairs.

All that San Diego and Mission Beach have to offer!!!! Walking
distance to groceries, shops, restaurants, Belmont Park, surf, sand,
boardwalk, Wavehouse, gym, nightlife, the roller coaster amusement park

Rates vary $3200 - $4800 per week plus San Diego room tax and $50 damage waiver
Booked by the week, Saturday 3pm check in to Saturday 10am check out.
