fitness center, tennis courts, park and playground and is about 20 minutes away from Disney World 
and all the other famous Central Florida attractions! You can walk to shopping, banking and dining!

This luxury villa is spacious, fully-equipped, air-conditioned throughout.  Wireless internet 
service provided.  Game area in garage and Wii game system in family room.  Perfect for golfers, 
families visiting the Orlando area, and close to both coasts.

patio and golf course from the large patio doors!
* Two luxury separate master bedrooms with separate baths!  The main master bedroom has a king-size 
bed, 28" HD flat screen TV, DVD player, and cable.  Patio doors to the covered patio/pool overlooks 
the golf course.  The main master bath has two sinks, seperate walk-in shower, large corner tub, and 
walk-in closet. 
* The second master suite has a queen-size bed and a separate private full bath.  Includes 28" HD 
flat screen TV, DVD player, and cable.  
* 2 additional bedrooms feature twin beds.  Each bedroom has 19" HD flat screen TV and DVD player. 
* 3rd full bath has an entrance to the pool area.  
* The pool area has an extended deck area with a covered porch. It includes a new patio table and 
chairs and lots of loungers. The pool area is fully screened for your total comfort!
